Walking Clinic for Optimal Health!

Hi, Lovely Ladies and Guys,

Commercial Message

Well I certainly made an impression with my commercial and trust that it was taken in a good natured way. (Note: I did not ask to have that table put on stage.) Most importantly is my message which is to give a true gift to your loved ones by taking care of your personal end of life responsibilities.

I look forward to being an active member and to having my wonderful associates at Ted Mayr Funeral Home join me at the monthly meetings...

Passing of a VCPWN member

We are saddened at the passing of one of our past Spirit of Networking Award recipients. Bonnie Warrington died peacefully in her sleep this past week after a long battle with bone cancer. You can view the announcement in the Ventura Star at

I encourage those who knew her soft-spoken dedication to women's causes, along with many other worthy causes, to sign the guest book on line.

President's Message

Since we are no longer publishing Focal Points, our most excellent newsletter for many years, I'm using our web site to make a few announcements.

First, I'm happy to welcome our two newest members, Peggy Sue Tierney and David-Michael Kenney. The members who referred them to VCPWN will receive a free dinner at the next meeting. See, it pays to spread the word about our organization!

Neuro Web Design -Sales on the Internet-

We like to think we make our decisions by careful thought, but most of our decisions come from our unconscious and are especially powerful when emotions are involved. Your attention is grabbed when the word "you" is used because your primitive brain cares about you, sex, food, and change in the environment often related to survival and fight or flight issues.

The Devil's Teardrop

Tonight 8/8/10) on Lifetime Movie Network at 8pm, The Devil's Teardrop, based on a book by thriller writer Jeffery Deaver about a document examiner. Why am I telling you this? Because Deaver told me a while back that he had used one of my books on handwriting analysis for research. And because Lifetime contacted me recently to provide some information about handwriting examination and some analyses of famous criminals. The result is on their web site.
